If you place an order before 09:00 AM, CET ( excludes weekends and holidays), we'll usually ship it on the same day (excludes Pre-sale/Pre-order items), within the next 3-7 days at the latest, unless we contact you if there is a change.
Courier transit time is in addition to the order processing time stated above. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will start processing on the next business day.

Of course, the concept of sustainability also applies to shipping. We send your order exclusively in ecological packaging and try to keep the transport routes as short as possible.
There are two shipping options on beerjj.com
Flat rate shipping: For orders under €99.00, the shipping costs depending on the shipping method and the country of delivery, are:
15 € max. normal shipping
25 € max. for priority shipping.
Free shipping: The shipping costs are free of charge for orders with a value of € 100.00 or more, except for express shipping, depending on the shipping method and the country of delivery.

An order on beerjj.com can only be delivered to an address in a country that is eligible in our website. We care about the planet, so we try to avoid long shipping.

Basically, we ship to Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands and Austria.

We're processing orders to ship on the same day if you purchase before 09.00 AM CET (excluding pre-orders), so you'll get your purchase quicker!
To cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us via email at daniel@beerjj.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request. Please refer to your order number.

Unfortunately, because we receive so many orders and to prevent any delays in processing, we cannot combine multiple orders to ship together. Once an order is placed and payed, we cannot make any changes.

If for some reason you did not receive your order, please reach out to us at daniel@beerjj.com and we will be more than happy to help.
Please note that in case of refused and/or undeliverable packages customers are responsible for the caused return shipping costs, as well as, packages sent to an incorrect address. In case a customer would like a returned or undeliverable package to be resent, the customer will be responsible for charges and applicable fees.

If you're missing an item of your order, or something arrived damaged, send us an E-mail at daniel@beerjj.com. Please include the package your order came with, too. We'll then will send you a form to fill out so we can look into what happened.

We maintain the right to deny any order placed with us and/or to cancel quantities bought per individual, per household or per order. These stipulations may include orders placed by the same customer account, the same name, on the same credit card, through the same Paypal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or orders using a discount code that is not transferable, or orders placed over the specified purchase limit (general terms). If we make a change or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided in your purchase. We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, seem to be from resellers or distributors.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Unworn and/or unused, labeld as you got it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt to proof your purchase.
To return an item, you can contact us at daniel@beerjj.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return receipt, as well as the instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without the mentioned return conditions will be not accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order after reception and contact us immediately in case the item is defective, damaged or in case you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you wanted to buy, is to return the item you got sent wrongly. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
